UX Glasgow Video Workshop + Survey
Hello,
UX Glasgow Meetup is this Wednesday 5 December from 6pm in the first floor lounge of citizenM. Hope to see you there!
I've been thinking about how we use video in websites - whether in product demo, as core content, or in a how to guide - and propose discussing what makes a good video and when it is appropriate to use them.

We would appreciate it if you could participate in this survey on the state of the UX profession in Scotland (read more below): http://bit.ly/2DtBMKX
While UX is a growing discipline there is a wide variation in skills, experience and pay. This can make it hard for people in the industry and those interested in a career in UX to understand how their skills are valued. Global surveys on this subject don’t make this any clearer.
To fill this gap the Glasgow and Edinburgh UX Meetups have teamed up with UX Team at The Royal Bank of Scotland to conduct an online survey on the state of the UX profession in Scotland. This is an anonymous survey – we are not collecting any information that can be used to identify an individual.
Why are we doing this? We hope that this will help give you an understanding of the spectrum of UX skills and experience in Scotland and to judge your own worth and potential in the job market.
The results will be published in the New Year and shared with the UX community.
We would appreciate it if you could complete the survey by 14 December.
All the best,
Neil and Bobby
