Hello,

We are meeting this Wednesday 4 March from 6pm in the back room of the upstairs bar at the CCA. It should be accessible to all but do check out this accessibility guide for more details.

The theme for this month is SHOW + TELL.

Firstly, don't worry - bringing something along is totally optional, we'll be breaking up into small groups so you're not going to be presenting to a big group, and the showing can be as short as you like.

The idea is to discuss something you've worked on or a work-in-progress. This could be a website, an app, some research you're doing, personas, wireframes ... whatever. The basic framework will be to explain the problem, how you went about solving it, and what you learnt along the way. Please feel free to bring along a laptop/tablet, a print out, a sketch or something that people can look at. By 8pm we should all have learnt something about each other's processes.

Hope to see you there!

If you've got down this far in the email, you may be interested to know that we are running another UX Glasgow Talks, this time at Project Ability. We are excited to bring Duncan Stephen and Mike Jefferson from Edinburgh, as well our very own Bobby King. Bobby and Mike will be talking about transitioning from UXers to dedicated User Researchers. Duncan will be talking about how to understand what people really need from a virtual learning environment. We have limited places so book now on Eventbrite.

All the best,

Neil, Bobby, Kat and Stéphanie,
UX Glasgow
